It was  promised  months ago, and now it's finally happening:  Vine  is now available on  Windows Phone . The social video-capture app owned by  Twitter  was an instant hit upon its debut in late January, first  arriving on iOS , then  Android  a few months later. Twitter  is recruiting  Android  users to provide feedback for the app's evolving mobile updates, according to  a post  on the company's Help Center. Twitter, which started a beta testing program in August for users to sample early versions of the app, announced Friday that it will add a new alpha testing group to the mix, offering some users an even earlier look at what changes are coming down the pipeline. The program will also give users a chance to "provide feedback, analysis, suggestions and comments to Twitter... through an online forum," according to the post. Twitter's Alpha Program will be filled on a first come, first serve basis, beginning with those who are already part of the Android Experiment Program. Twitter  streams across America are now full of pictures, but yours doesn't have to be. An update to the microblogging site Tuesday  automatically displays images  and Vine videos meaning users don't need to click on a tweet in order to see its visual content. The change has already been implemented on the web, and is available to iOS and Android mobile users who update their app. But not everyone wants to see tweeted pictures automatically, and there are ways to turn off Tuesday's new feature on mobile. Simply go to settings within the app, and deselect the "Image Previews" tab. Simple as that. It does not appear that you can turn off picture and video previews on Twitter's desktop version, but there may be another setting you wish to visit. Open the settings tab on Twitter.com and you can find a way to set up warnings for content that might be sensitive. Shooting the perfect  Vine  video just became a little bit easier. The popular Twitter-owned app rolled out an update  Thursday that introduced two powerful tools: Sessions and Time Travel. Sessions allows users to save drafts of their unfinished posts and come back to finish them at a later time. You can work on as many as 10 videos at once.
